Creative and has a strong passion and acumen for all-things innovation, Joanne is constantly striving to innovate insurance within the industry. She joined Allianz in 2009 and has more than 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, digital marketing and digital innovation in insurance. Recently, she has led a team to develop Allianz’s first-of-its-kind modular insurance product allowing customers to pick and choose the coverage they need for a home insurance and has produced RM2.5million in premium within the first 3 months of launch. Joanne is also keen on cultivating innovation among her Allianz colleagues through FinTech/InsurTech education and workshops. When she isn’t innovating at work, Joanne enjoys a good book, photography, sewing and cooking.
